The Healthy Hub was created by Sj Mason based on her experience as both a consultant with a large slimming organisation, and as a Nutritional & Relational Psychotherapist. Extensive research on both cutting-edge dietary science, and a therapy focused approach to our relationships with food led her to creating an educational program alongside a guide on what foods to eat, designed to vastly improve your general and mental health, with sustainable weight loss being a pleasant consequence.
